The History of Data Input
Robert Weiss
A wide variety of media, ranging from punch cards to telepathy, have been used to input information into computers of all sizes. When it comes to control and command input, developments range from the graphics tablet, through the mouse and optical pens, to touchscreens and the Natural User Interface (NUI). The exhibition showcases selected examples from this diverse range of input methods.
