Get involved!

Everyone can actively participate in #VCFSO26, whether by exhibiting their own gems, presenting interesting topics, taking part in the flea market, or helping out during the event.

Here you can register for various ways of participating and get to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Free admission to Enter Technikwelt for you and your registered helpers throughout the weekend
  • Free exhibition space for exhibitors (according to registration)
  • Free parking on the roof of the museum with lift access to the exhibition
  • Food voucher and discount on drinks and food in the museum restaurant
  • Access to the exclusive additional programme for exhibitors/speakers/helpers on Saturday evening after the exhibition closes
  • Free participation in the spaghetti dinner on Saturday evening (excluding drinks, registration required)

Exhibit/Talk Registration

If you would like to take part in #VCFSO26 with your own exhibit, please register by 11 October 2026 at the latest using our exhibitor registration form.

We are also particularly keen to hear about interesting presentations, talks and panel discussions. Please register your presentation by 11 October 2026 using the presentation registration form.

Flee market Registration

At the flea market, there is a sales area where you can have your own stall, which you manage yourself.

Alternatively, we offer a consignment service, where we manage the stall and handle sales negotiations.

If you’d like to have your own stall at the flea market or offer your items via our consignment service, please register using our flea market form.

Helping at the festival

In addition to content contributions, many helping hands are also needed to carry out the programme. We are particularly looking for helpers for:

Friday, 6 November 2026:

  • Set-up: From midday at Enter Technikwelt,
    Derendingen (near Solothurn)

Saturday/Sunday, 7/8 November 2026:

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., divided into two-hour shifts.

  • Flea market: Commission sales
  • Challenges: Familiarising visitors with the challenges at the entrance
  • Moderation: Introducing and closing the presentations
  • Support for speakers: Among other things, passing around microphones for questions from the audience
  • Substitutes: People who are happy to step in for someone else when a break is needed
