Busicom 141 replica with discrete transistors

The original Busicom 141 desktop calculator is built with the 4004 chipset, namely the CPU 4004, 2xRAM 4002, ROM 4001, and 3xshift register 4003. These seven ICs were recreated from individual transistors (approx. 6000 pieces) and interconnected. It runs the original Busicom 141 software.
